Skyworth Digital Announces Intent to Acquire Vienna-Based Strong

Skyworth Digital’s subsidiary company, Smart Choice Store Company Limited, today decided to announce its intent to purchase Strong Media Group Limited of Vienna, Austria in two phases with 80% in the first phase and 20% in the second. The intent of the acquisition is to expand business operations in Europe, Middle Asia, North Africa markets and to enhance its OTT operations in the region.
As of September 30, 2014, the Strong group was evaluated at 30,132,100 Euro. The two companies have agreed to finish the acquisition at a total price of 30 million Euros.
