GN256V is a cost-effective GPON ONT for FTTH solution. It provides maximum 2.5Gbps for downstream and 1.25Gbps for upstream data rate over optical fibre. Integrated with four Gigabit Ethernet ports router, it provides a stable and reliable high speed wired connectivity. The device is equipped with dual band 2x2 Wi-Fi 4 (ieee802.11n) and 2x2 Wi-Fi 5 (ieee 802.11ac), it delivers a very high speed wireless connectivity, total wireless link speed could reach 1200Mbps. The device could also provide two RJ11 telephone ports for voice/fax services.

GN256V supports Wi-Fi alliance standard EasyMesh, which allows the ONT gateway to create a whole home Wi-Fi network with multiple mesh Wi-Fi APs such as SKYWORTH Mesh AP RN420. Mesh AP could use either wireless or wired ethernet cable to connect with the GN256V which controlls the whole mesh network for seamless roaming, band steering etc.
